1. If schools submit the entry form after the official closing date (15th February 2026), ICAN shall have the right to collect an administration fee ($500).

2. All payments must be made before the test date.

3. If full entry payment is not received, student will NOT be allowed to sit for the ICAS test.

4. All entry fees are non-refundable. Schools are liable to pay the entry fees once their entry forms are received by INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF ASSESSMENTS AND NURTURING Limited.

5. According to terms and conditions, ICAN will consider, at its discretion, whether to grant a refund upon special circumstances, such as if HKSAR Education Bureau suspends all school classes and activities continuously from 1st March 2026 until 31st July 2026.

6. Payment is due within 30 days.

7. In case of any dispute, INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF ASSESSMENTS AND NURTURING Limited reserves the right of final decision.

*In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
